Financial Aid Process

Dear Parents & Guardians,

Welcome to St. Joseph Regional Jr. High School! Please read through the Tuition and Registration Form. Complete the Registration Form and return it to the school with the non-refundable registration fee of $200.00, which can be paid online here.

The Supported Student Form must be completed by your pastor with his signature and parish seal. Once the form has been completed, please return it to us immediately. Your prompt attention to this matter will help assure you the supported student rate.

If you will be applying for financial aid, read below for detailed, step-by-step instructions.

Please do not hesitate to call or email me if you have any questions. My number is (603)624-4811 and my email address is alemarier@stjoesjrhs.org.

Sincerely,

Apply online today.

Step 1: Set up a FACTS account at https://factsmgt.com/.

BEFORE you apply for Financial Aid, you MUST have a Family Portal and FACTS management
Account. This is an independent, third party company that conducts financial analysis to determine your
family's financial need. We receive a confidential report outlining your financial situation and
decide awards based on the information obtained in your application and supporting tax
documents.

For details on how to set up your accounts, click here:

Step 2: Fill out and submit your online application.

For more information on how to submit the online application, click here:

Step 3: Submit supporting documents.

Submit your Federal Form 1040 Income Tax Return, W-2 forms, and supporting documentation for non-taxable income to FACTS. You can upload documents by logging into your online account or fax them to 866-315-9264. Draft or Preview Copy tax documents will not be accepted.

Step 4: Set up your tuition payment.

  • Log in to your Family Portal account.

  • Choose: SIGN IN. If you didn’t use FACTS this year but set up an account for financial aid, please use the same login information. THIS WILL BE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR FAMILY PORTAL LOGIN INFORMATION.

  • Choose: NEW ACCOUNT and create a username & password. Be sure to save this information for future use.

  • Create a FACTS account if you have not done so already. If you've applied for financial aid, this step is already done!

  • Once your account is set up you will need to choose SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN on the right in order to enter bank account information.

  • Continue to add account information. Upon completion, the school will enter the payment information for your account (including amount owed, withdrawal date, and number of monthly payments). You will receive an email when the account is finalized.

For more information on how to set up your tuition plan, please click here:

*Please allow at least two weeks for processing your application.

**An application is considered complete only when FACTS Grant & Aid has received
all supporting documentation.

FAQs

Who decides how much financial aid I will receive?

The educational institution granting aid is solely responsible for determining the final award. The analysis completed by FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment serves as a recommendation only.

Why do I  have to provide this personal and confidential information?

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment must verify your expenses and household income to assist your institution in making an informed decision about the amount of financial aid needed for each family.

How can I check the status of my application?

Once you have completed the online application, you will be able to log on to the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment website to check the status of your application.

Is there any way to receive additional aid?

We want a St. Joe's education to be as affordable and accessible as possible. We frequently update our scholarships page and encourage all incoming students to apply for whatever they may qualify for. That page can be found here.
