Saint Joseph Junior High School is now accepting applications for Grade 7 and Grade 8.

Visit St. Joseph Junior High School

Families are invited to schedule a Tuesday Tour and experience the St. Joe's difference. Meet our administration, tour our brand-new facilities, and learn more about our academic programs and student life.

Prospective students are encouraged to shadow a current student for the day, offering a firsthand look at life as a St. Joe's Bear. This unique opportunity allows students to experience our classrooms, community, and daily routines while seeing what makes St. Joe's such a special place to learn and grow.

How to Apply:

Interested families are able to apply through our online portal, which simplifies submission and provides parents with the ability to track the status of their child's application.

Create An Account

Starting an Application:

Upon creating an account, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and begin a New Student Application for your child.

You may log in and out of your account at any time to access and complete your application. Please note that a non-refundable application fee of $50 is required for each application submitted.

Tracking Admissions Status:

After submitting your application, you may log in to your account at any time to track your admissions status. Your account also allows you to view and print the completed application, monitor the receipt of any required supplemental forms, and reprint forms if needed.

The Admissions Interview

The admissions interview is a vital part of our admissions process. It provides an opportunity for our admissions and administrative teams to meet prospective students and their families, learn more about them personally, and begin forming meaningful connections. This first conversation marks the beginning of the strong partnerships we value between students, families, and our school community.

Student Acceptance:

This is the exciting moment our prospective students have been waiting for—our official acceptance letter. It represents the culmination of each student’s hard work and dedication to character, faith, and scholarship. Acceptance letters are issued on a rolling basis throughout the application process, allowing families to receive timely decisions without lengthy wait periods. New students are admitted on a conditional basis, with the expectation of continued academic growth and positive behavior both at their current school and upon arrival at St. Joe’s.

Enrollment:

Beginning in early January, accepted students and their families will receive the St. Joe's Enrollment Packet to finalize the enrollment process. Accepted families will receive a direct notification when the Enrollment Packet is available.

Accepting Enrollment:

As part of accepting enrollment, families are required to submit a non-refundable enrollment fee of $125, which increases to $250 after January 31.

Families will work with our Financial Aid & Tuition Manager, Mrs. Garand, to review tuition agreements, payment plan options, and financial aid eligibility. Mrs. Garand will also guide families through the grants and scholarships available to St. Joe's families.

Catholic education is often more affordable than many families expect. Enrollment is secured once the tuition agreement is signed and a payment plan is established.
