Many of the clubs listed below do not require after-school time. St. Joe's offers one hour of enrichment on Fridays. Many of the clubs meet during this time period. Students are given the opportunity to switch their enrichment times during the school year.

ART CLUB
The Art Club is open to a small group of students who wish to spend extra time developing independent projects in drawing, painting and graphic arts. Group painting projects may include murals, stage scenery and art-room ceiling tiles. Individuals can also choose to spend more time exploring a medium recently learned in class or in creating artwork for school publications. Art Club members will change each quarter.

SCHOOL NEWSPAPER
The school newspaper club gives students the opportunity to work as a team, using relevant computer publishing programs in the production of a high quality, informative publication. "The Bear Facts" features news and views by St. Joseph students, as well as their talent and creativity. The result is a newspaper that is greatly anticipated by both students and teachers.

SKI /SNOWBOARD PROGRAM - MRS. DUHAIME
Another exciting and promising snow-filled season is just around the corner. St. Joseph Jr. High will once again be teaming up with Pat's Peak to offer skiing and snowboarding programs. St. Joseph Jr. High's learn to Ski and Snowboard meets for five consecutive weeks for lessons and skiing/snowboarding.

YEARBOOK
The St. Joseph Regional Junior High School Yearbook Club begins its work in early November and continues through March. The club meets after school once a week during that time. Yearbook moderators are Mrs. Beaudet, Miss Cuff and Miss O'Donnell. The students and moderators prepare a unique retrospective of the year including individual photos of all the students, sports, clubs, activities, and of course those entertaining candids. The result is a wonderful memory book to be enjoyed and treasured through the years.
