Excerpted from YOUR TURN

"I am writing this as a concerned grandparent of a student at St. Joseph Regional Junior High School in Manchester. I have seen my granddaughter, as well as her friends, grow, mature and thrive at the school these past two years. The faculty and staff have enabled these children to grow and mature, not only in terms of academics, but in athletics and other extracurricular activities as well.

We all know, as do the kids, that a building does not make a school. The students, faculty, staff and parents are the important factors. ...There is a tremendous amount of school spirit at St. Joseph, and it is a joy to see how happy the kids are. They feel like they have an ownership in the school. ..."

"When it came time for my children to go to junior high school, I looked at all of Manchester's options. I chose St. Joseph Regional Junior High School because of the small class sizes, the experienced faculty, and the safe and nurturing environment. St. Joseph has done more than meet my expectations. During the time that my children have attended St. Joseph, they have matured as individuals and have defined their goals for high school. St. Joseph has given them the skills and the self-discipline to help them reach their goals."
